Intersafe employs the Seaward PATGuard Elite database system as our primary PAT Testing results system.

The PAT Testers used by the Engineers on site can be downloaded directly into the PATGuard Elite system via a BluetoothTM wireless connection. The information in the system is processed and arranged to display assets in an intuitive graphical manner. The assets are sorted by site and location. Each asset record can contain an ID number, description, make, model, notes, date of test and when the next test is due. The test details button will display a history of when each test was carried out, by whom, which test instrument and the numerical test results.

A full working copy of the database will be sent to the client at the completion of a job, and this will act as an asset register of all electrical appliances on site. This database can be used by the client to produce any reports as required, and to schedule future test requirements.

The information in the database will be maintained by Intersafe for a minimum of 5 years.

We have extensive experience of importing existing asset databases into the PATGuard Elite system, including Shire Safety First and Tabs systems. In most circumstances we can also arrange to export test data into an existing database.
